Tropical Seas Hotel

The staff were incredible and helpful from the minute we arrived after our ten-hour drive. Our room had a small stove, sink, regular-sized fridge, cooking and eating utensils, and dishes for four. The linens were clean, and the beds were BUG FREE, which was a huge relief for me as a bed bug survivor. There are two regular-sized pools and a hot tub, and neither got so crowded that we couldn’t enjoy swimming and playing. Parking was ample in front of the hotel, with an overflow lot that put one of my worries about the drive down to rest. Maybe I’m easily impressed compared with other guests, but my family and I are so glad we picked this place. If you want somewhere simple and quiet, this is it. 100% recommend.

I slept perfectly, then got up early to watch the sunrise from the side balcony with a cup or two of coffee. The oceanfront hotel grounds looked clean, and my studio-style room was just what I wanted, with a well-lit bathroom and a big-screen TV. Nothing fancy, but it worked for me. The woman who checked me in was cute and helpful. Check-out was easy too, and the front desk woman with dark skin was smokin hot. She wished me safe travels. I’m so thankful for a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The balcony view was a highlight, and the bed was pretty good. I slept well and enjoyed my stay, even after a long week when I really needed my R & R. The hotel was clean and well located, with a good view and a pretty good pizza restaurant on the second floor. There were two bearable hiccups: the door stuck and made noise when opened, and the shower head had low water pressure. I worked around both and let the staff know.

I stayed in January at an insanely good rate and ended up extending my visit. I’d misunderstood the hot tub situation, entirely my own fault. I thought it was indoors, but it’s outside and closed for winter. The day we arrived had snow flurries, so I wouldn’t have wanted to use it anyway. Since I’d expected an indoor hot tub, Scott upgraded me to an oceanview room. It was my first time seeing such a beautiful view.
