10/10
The room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked as it should. One thing we noticed was the sink height. My husband and I are both tall, and brushing our teeth almost had us bending down to our knees. It wasn’t a major problem, just awkward. Breakfast was basic, which makes sense for a lot of hotels, but as diabetics we would’ve appreciated yogurt or fresh fruit for a couple of healthier options. We enjoyed the stay and were glad to have a comfortable place to rest.
10/10
The room was nicely equipped and breakfast was decent. Of all the places we stayed on our trip, this was the nicest. Traffic noise could be an issue, so I’d suggest a room away from the road.
10/10
After I checked out, I realized I’d left my wallet in the room. Amandy went out of her way to reach me after housekeeping turned it in. She really made my day. Thank you!
2/10
The front desk lady was very nice, but the room was a risk we weren’t willing to take. There was a dead bed bug, bed bug fecal matter, and hair all over the bed skirt and box spring. Hair was also on the toilet seat, couch, and elsewhere, and the inside of the microwave was disgusting. I didn’t see any live bed bugs, but we got a refund and left.
8/10
For a one-night stop, this met what we look for: cleanliness and a good price. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and highway noise was minimal despite being nearby. The front desk staff were especially friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just okay, with somewhat dry eggs, but our expectations for free breakfast are low and we left full.
