Nampa Downtown Inn

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s dog-friendly, but expect a $100 deposit. Mine was cancelled within 24 hours of checkout.

We paid over $100 and got a filthy room. The woman in the lobby had the worst attitude, and guests aren’t allowed, which is a problem if you’re visiting family. Horrible experience. If you can, stay somewhere else. I definitely won’t come back.

The toilet seat had a split in it and hadn’t been repaired. Crystal, the night office attendant, was rude and difficult to deal with, and didn’t seem very sociable. I don’t plan to stay at this motel again unless it’s the only option.

I had second thoughts after seeing the room, but they refused to refund my money. There was no hot water, either. On my last day, my personal travel fan, towel, and sweet tea went missing after the maid or clerk cleaned. When I told the office, they denied it and said there had never been a fan. I was told I was crazy. The owner said he wouldn’t side against his staff over my accusation. I didn’t want anyone locked up over a fan, so we settled on cash for its cost, and I got my towel back. The sweet tea was gone with the experience. Boo. I wish I had two more hands so I could give them four thumbs down.
