Hotel Indigo Spring - Woodlands Area by IHG

Even on a work trip, it felt like a vacation. The views, atmosphere, and customer service were all 10/10, and the hotel's location in the middle of the city felt like an oasis. Parking was easy, and I felt safe leaving my vehicle in the lot. The rooms were pristine and bright, and the beds were comfortable. We had breakfast vouchers, so although breakfast isn't provided, we could get hot meals made to order. I can't wait to stay here again.

The front desk host was extremely rude, first to some kids in the lobby and then to me. I've never had service like that. Some guests in the restaurant bar area also weren't happy with how he spoke to their children. I checked out early and went somewhere else without even staying the night. I didn't ask for a refund, just left. I don't normally write bad reviews, but I'll be calling IGH. Don't work there if you hate your job.

We love this place and have stayed twice for weekend staycations. The rooms are modern and clean, the showers are really nice, and the bar service was great. As Diamond Elite members, we were well taken care of by the hotel Concierge, who arranged extra amenities and a late checkout. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within Uber distance too.

The EV charging on site made things especially convenient. I could charge my vehicle while we enjoyed our stay, which took away any stress. My daughter and I had a special staycation at Hotel Indigo The Woodlands. It was relaxing, convenient, and really memorable. The atmosphere felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed from the moment we arrived. We liked the fresh breakfast options and the good variety, an easy way to start the morning without rushing. Dinner at CRU was another highlight. The food was delicious and well prepared, and made the evening feel like a getaway without leaving The Woodlands. Between the comfort, good meals, and practical amenities, the stay felt like a nice mix of luxury and practicality. The pool is heated all year, too. We left feeling refreshed and well looked after, and already talking about when to come back. 💛
