The pup and I have had a good stay so far. The place is clean, staff are professional, and it’s surprisingly affordable for a hotel that’s so accommodating to pets. I travel a lot for work and can’t always bring my dog along, so that matters. There is construction happening, though, and the loud sounds scare the pup.

Ashley and Mr Ricky always make me feel welcome, and the front desk is consistently helpful. I’ve stayed here more than 20 times over the past two years, and any issue I’ve had was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. The rooms are roomy and clean, and having a kitchenette is really convenient.

The lobby attendant was pleasant, and the place was very clean. There’s laundry, a gym, and a store if you need them. My bed was fine, and for the price and location the hotel is okay, though it could definitely use an update. The third floor smelled, and there’s a train that passes by, so keep that in mind if you want a quiet night. I stayed one night over Thanksgiving. One or two nights might be okay, but I wouldn’t come back.

I was here for a work trip. It’s an old Candlewood suites, and the room had a bit of character: nearly everything seemed slightly broken, though it still worked. The room was clean, and after I tinkered with it, the air conditioner worked well.

We left without staying and didn’t get a refund. Trivago wouldn’t help with the refund. The room was small and poorly furnished, and the building looked worn, with stained carpet. Both the room and hallway smelled like dirty laundry or unwashed people. It was NOT A SUITE, just a small, smelly room.
