Beazley House

Victoria made us some really good breakfasts each morning. She even came in 30 minutes early on Sunday because we had an early flight. We stayed in The Master Suite and loved the big room, comfortable king bed, and especially the fireplace. Tina handled our reservation, then checked us in a few days later. She couldn’t have been more helpful, and her restaurant and winery suggestions were all excellent. Hope we can get back soon.

Our room was the Sherry, and it was spacious and comfortable, with a cute sitting area. The pictures don’t do it justice. The women who got the room ready had thought of all the little details. We spent one night here during a seven-day trip around California, and had a wonderful time visiting two Napa wineries. The location was perfect, between food and shopping and only minutes from starting winery tours. We’ll come back and stay here again.

Angela, who welcomed us, had great dinner suggestions, and her homemade chocolate chip cookies made a perfect arrival snack. There are also lots of complimentary tasting coupons for day trips. The historic house has so much charm. You walk across a huge patio and in through a stained glass door, and the whole place feels enchanting and very much like wine country. It’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown Napa restaurants and shops. Highly recommend it, and I’ll be back.

The rooms are clean and up to date, and the sheets are so soft. Beazley House has a really homey feel, and the innkeepers are warm and hospitable. They put on a very good wine hour, and also have sherry and spiced wine. We’d definitely stay here again.
