The room was roomy and pleasant, with a comfy bed and gas fireplace. It was on the third floor across from the kitchen. A food truck right outside the window ran a loud generator most of the day and into early evening. We were out exploring much of the time, but the highway nearby also brought plenty of road noise from early morning through late evening. The shower was the worst part by far. The water pressure was awful and there was no real heat. When we told the front desk, the manager said it was a known issue and that two plumbers had been out the previous week. Looking at other reviews, it seemed they’d known about it for over a month. We’d hoped for a romantic soak in the tub, but that wasn’t possible either. We were really disappointed. Even without the shower problem, the road and food truck noise would keep me from staying again.

Breakfast is included and brought to your room at whatever time you request. There’s also a daily wine tasting from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, with snacks. Parking doesn’t cost anything, and downtown is about a 15-minute walk, though an Uber is only $6-$8. A fantastic hotel, the staff really care about their guests. Don’t stay anywhere else in Napa 😊

What a find. I was looking for somewhere more affordable than the Marriott down the road where my friends were staying, and the value here was amazing. Everyone was friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. The fireplace in the room was a treat, as was the made-to-order complimentary breakfast delivered by room service. I hadn’t expected that bonus.

We had a really pleasant night here. The bathroom was large and had a nice tub, and we enjoyed the fireplace right across from the bed. Breakfast was amazing, left outside our room door at the time we chose. We’d definitely pick this place again if we’re in the area.

The room was clean and a good size, but it had no working heat. They put me next to the kitchen, where food is prepared early in the morning, so I heard all kinds of noise from the adjoining room before 7am. The water pressure was so low it made showering difficult. I told the front desk when I checked out and got a simple “sorry.” I will NEVER stay here again.
