The room's shower setup needs attention: there was mold behind the unlocked bracket holding the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the water lever was awkward to operate. The elevator buttons also took a hard press to respond. On the plus side, the desk staff were courteous and professional, and they helped me untangle the confusing outsourced parking process. I learned that payment for an overnight stay had to be entered using the following day's date, after I'd already paid for the first night and found a reminder on my windshield the next morning. We stayed two nights. The hotel looked clean, and the free electric car chargers were appreciated. The room had a strong chlorine smell that lingered until the second day. We couldn't air it out because the window didn't open, so they might consider a more environmentally friendly cleaning product.

The location is still lovely, and one bartender made the visit memorable. She was warm with my family and me, and her cocktails were just right. Thanks to her! This was our second stay. The first, under different management, felt like a real boutique experience that we loved. This time the place didn't have that same intimate, special feeling.

The rooms and the rest of the service were good, and the place felt completely different by morning. The night before, though, the empty glasses scattered around the lobby and bar, with nobody there, made it feel surreal. We also had a very odd start: even though we had reservations, we couldn't get inside. A worker eventually came to help, but that could have been handled better.

The thoughtful details made this a five-star stay for me: a coffee maker, fridge, large shower, and plenty of outlets, along with a clean, comfortable, quiet room. I'm a picky global traveler, and the service was five-star too. Both desk workers were great, as were F&B manager Andraris and the bartender. A drunk customer treated her viciously and inappropriately, and she handled it with a level of class and grace few people show. Owner and GM Ken went out of his way to take care of a few special requests. His service and leadership help explain why this place is so amazing. 👏👏👏

Our sales meeting went really well, and the space worked perfectly for it. Everyone on staff was attentive and supportive of what we needed. Sheri and her team took great care of us, while Kristin and Andres arranged the room and provided delicious food. Jesse also gave great service at the bar throughout our stay.
