On our second stay at Hotel Arista, the team made my husband's birthday feel special with a room upgrade, champagne, and a personal note. The room was beautiful and clean, with a spacious window seat and a soaking tub that we loved. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and we had a lovely visit. Looking forward to coming back.

Room service was quick and easy to order, and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The room was great, especially the king suite, which I'd recommend. We didn't book the spa this time, but it looked so luxurious that we'll make appointments next visit. There are lots of things to do nearby without having to deal with Chicago traffic. We'll be back.

There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options close by, and the hotel shuttle was a real perk. My room was quiet and the property was very clean. Everyone I met was welcoming and provided top-notch hospitality. One of my best hotel stays for business travel. Highly recommend.

Hotel Arista has become our anniversary tradition ever since we got married at City Gate. This visit, champagne and a lovely card were waiting in our room, and we enjoyed the suite upgrade on the second night. The front desk and hospitality teams were so welcoming. Our room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and beautiful. We'll keep celebrating here, and we'd happily recommend it. :)

We chose this hotel for my daughter's wedding since the venue was only 10 minutes away. The staff were polite, efficient, and made sure we had what we needed. Our room was gorgeous and clean, with comfortable bedding, a reading light on each side of the bed, a large smart TV, and a couch with a table and chairs. The bathroom had separate tub and shower, plus a TV in the mirror. Free parking in the attached garage was convenient. We were very happy with our stay.
