Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Warrenville

The elevators were slow, noisy, and felt a bit questionable, and the whole place seemed dated and dirty. Our room smelled strongly of body odor and wasn't clean. There were little bits of food or trash around and under the bed, and one bed had unclean bedding, though the other one was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was lots of parking, and a few restaurants nearby, though the hotel sits a little outside the city center, so evening walks weren't very convenient. The rooms were okay and the bathroom was fine, but much of the property feels outdated. The elevators are very old and need maintenance, and breakfast wasn't great, especially since it's an extra charge. It could use a revamp.

The beds were comfortable, and I liked the hotel's decor. My only issue was that the new housekeeper came into the room despite the do not disturb sign. They made it right by letting me choose a complimentary snack to take along. Feb 2026

Check-in and check-out both went smoothly. I also noticed that even during busy periods, staff took their time answering guests' questions and explained the policies clearly.
