When my mom moved into a nursing home, Hotel Indigo Naperville became a comforting place to stay during a very emotional time. The rooms are spotless and well kept, and the beds are so comfortable that I could finally rest. Everyone, from the front desk and restaurant and bar teams to housekeeping and maintenance, has been welcoming and caring. There are too many people to name, but special thanks to James, Alondra, Lauren, Edwin, Michael, Ashley, Sherri, Taylor, Colleen, Tammy, Debbie, and the others who have looked after us. We've reached IHG Platinum status quickly, which has been valuable. When available, we've had complimentary upgrades, plus daily breakfast worth $50 and points toward free nights at IHG properties. We used some points for a long weekend at The Journeyman Hotel in Milwaukee, which was wonderful. The Riverwalk Amenity Card is another thoughtful extra, with discounts and complimentary items at many good local restaurants and shops. The downtown Naperville location is hard to beat. Everything is walkable, and strolling along the historic Riverwalk is a joy, especially in fall. This hotel means a lot to us for its warmth, care, and consistency.

The bed was very worn and uncomfortable, though the room itself was beautiful and clean, parking was easy, and the staff were kind. I travel a lot for business, and the service here won me over so completely that I'll choose IHG Hotels & Resorts whenever I can. After check-in, the hotel texted to see how things were going, then followed up the next day. I mentioned the bed as feedback for future guests, without expecting anything in return. Lauren quickly brought James Pontrelli in to help. He offered points, which I appreciated but hadn't asked for, and also offered to come up with his engineer. When I got back late from meetings, James and the engineer came right away and replaced the mattress. Their care and professionalism far exceeded what I expected.

I keep coming back to the Indigo hotel when I'm in Naperville. The welcome at check-in is always warm, whatever time I arrive, and the front desk and restaurant staff make it a great place for me. The lounge and bar feel cozy and are perfect for a nightcap. Breakfast with Taylor and Sheri is a lovely way to start the day. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Naperville.

I stay here for a week every month, and even with cheaper options around, I keep choosing Indigo Naperville. The quality and experience are better all around, and the savings elsewhere don't feel worth it. The executive management, front desk, and bar and breakfast teams are excellent. Parking and the location are convenient, and discounts at nearby restaurants are a nice extra since they're all within walking distance.

The only real plus is the location, very close to downtown. The hotel is highly priced but lacks basic amenities: there's no free breakfast, no microwave in the room, and no Smart TV. In 2026, really? The value for the price feels negative. If someone else is paying, book for the location. If you're paying out of pocket, a big no.
