Sleep Inn Naperville - Chicago

The room had ants everywhere, someone else’s hair in the shower, and barely any hot water. At the front desk, the staff member was rude and stayed on his phone during every interaction. When we asked where our room was, he just pointed without speaking. No one told us when breakfast was, so we missed it. I’ll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Worst hotel ever!

Rita, the chef in the breakfast area, was so kind at the waffle station. Her cheerful attitude made the morning feel warm and welcoming. I’m grateful to Drama at the front desk too. He was professional, calm, and courteous, and helped me when I needed support most. His empathy made a real difference. Their care made my stay special. :)

We were in town for a wedding and checked in, but left without staying. The first room had mold on the air conditioning unit. After we asked to switch, we found a used condom beside the bed in the replacement room. We’d rather drive home than stay in such a disgusting hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It’s pretty mid, maybe a three star place. Clean and good enough to stay in. Everyone else was cool, but the guy on the night shift gave off bad vibes.
