Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel

It's such a pretty hotel, close to everything, including fast food, restaurants, and a gas station. I've stayed here a few times: recently, during a medical emergency; earlier with my mom and sister for a concert; and a few years before that for an Al-Anon meeting. The pool area has great water, and breakfast is fantastic. We arrived before breakfast ended, and the restaurant staff were gracious about letting us sit and finish after it had closed. The rooms are very spacious, and I love the little balcony with its doors. I also like the hallway design, with a bend where the flooring changes from tile to carpet. I'd like to stay there again sometime. 💝☺️

I was charged for a reservation that had already been made and paid for in my name. I had to pay for one room even though two rooms were reserved and paid for under my name. The bathroom also had no hand soap or paper towels, and my sister nearly had an incident with the toilet that morning before checkout. Service was less than ideal, apart from the free breakfast. Wouldn't recommend.

I was very pleased with the service overall. The rooms were very clean, breakfast had a good variety, and the coffee was great.

The rooms felt a bit dated, and getting there was a little out of the way. Still, everything was clean and the rate made sense for the area. I'd stay here again.
