The whole team helped make our stay feel warm and enjoyable. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. Elizabeth Martínez deserves special thanks: she was attentive, always ready to help, and treated us like family. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference. I'd gladly recommend the hotel and hope to stay again.

We got a free beer and a delicious chocolate cake when we arrived, and I liked the hotel's vibe. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is very small, though, so it gets crowded fast. We had dinner at the bar, where the food was tasty and fairly priced, but our server wasn't the best. Still, I really liked the hotel and recommend it.

The pool setup is the highlight, it really gives you that beach feeling. We loved the bar, breakfast, and room too. I’ve read some of the complaints here and can’t imagine what there was to object to. 10 out of 10 for us!

Our Studio was quiet, cozy, and roomy, with everything needed for living there. Even the AC made no noise at all. Breakfast had plenty of variety, parking felt safe, and the price was fair. We had such a good experience and would absolutely recommend it.

There’s plenty to do in the evening, from games and a pool table to a fireplace area that feels cozy. I also liked relaxing at the bar overlooking the pool. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was very good. The rooms turned out to be a pleasant surprise: spacious, nicely renovated, and comfortable with a modern look. Having a kitchen was especially handy for a stay longer than one night. My only gripe was the slow elevator. I had a great stay and would come back.
