Echo Suites Extended Stay By Wyndham Naples

The location was great, and both the staff and the room were nice. I enjoyed the free warm breakfast, especially the yummy sausage gravy. I liked seeing the cabanas by the pool, though I didn’t use them. The Peloton wasn’t full-service, but I was glad they had one at all. There were bicycles onsite for guests too, which seemed like a nice feature, though I didn’t use those either. I usually stay with other hotel chains, but I’d definitely come back here.

The quick response from the team has made a real difference during my assignment. When the tub drain clogged and the freezer tray broke, staff took care of both promptly. Housekeeping helped with another issue right away, and both the on-site manager and housekeeping manager came by themselves to apologize and reassure me everything was handled. I’m two months into a six-month programming job in Naples, Florida, and chose Hawthorne Extended Stay as my home away from home. The space has been well kept, and everyone, including the kitchen and housekeeping staff, has been friendly, professional, and accommodating. I expect to write another review when my assignment ends in August, but I already have plenty of good things to say. Keep up the great work in Naples.

The place was clean and well maintained, and we had a great staycation in Naples. We especially enjoyed the pool and the very hot, powerful jacuzzis, and we’d gladly come back. When the neighbors became a problem, Mark at the front desk was happy to help. He arranged a larger room on the other side of the property, which solved the issue. Everyone we encountered was fantastic.

The Wednesday happy hour was a surprise in the best way. There was enough food to make a family meal, with burgers, pulled pork, baked beans, and other dishes, plus complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks. Breakfast was excellent too, hot every morning, and coffee and tea were available all day. I stayed in a king suite while my family used my condominium across the street. It felt like home, only I didn’t have to cook or clean, and housekeeping was wonderful. Manager Leeann accommodated me at every turn, and Mark was just as willing to help. I’m a retired business executive, and my husband is a disabled veteran. This stay exceeded my expectations, so I’m planning to return this summer after my excellent experience in March. Highly recommend.
