Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue

We had around 50 people at our daughter's graduation celebration and heard lots of nice comments about the venue, service, and atmosphere. Tracy, the event planner, made the whole process easy: she was organized, responsive, attentive to details, and clearly cared about making it special for our family. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. We had a fantastic experience hosting the party at Hyatt House Naples and would recommend it for family events or celebrations.

We just wrapped up our fourth visit while working in the area, and we’re already looking forward to returning. The service is what stands out most: everyone we met was delightful and knowledgeable. Suzette at the front desk is a lovely part of what makes Hyatt House special, and we appreciate her a lot. Rebecca at the bar was delightful too. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with spacious rooms and gorgeous marina views. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. My husband and I have loved every part of our stays.

The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and having waitresses bring drinks right to us there felt like a real luxury. Breakfast was included and had a phenomenal range of good choices. There was so much to enjoy around the hotel that we never ran out of things to do. From the moment we arrived, the stunning rooms and incredible views exceeded our expectations, and the staff made the stay even better. We left very happy and can’t wait to return.

The poolside lunch was good, and breakfast had a generous spread with something for just about everyone. Nobody in our group complained about the food. We also had a lovely water view, and the room was clean and otherwise great, though I wasn't keen on the pillow. The bed was comfortable. We were on the third floor and had quite a walk to the room, so you might want to request one near the elevator. Tamara greeted us at the desk with a big smile and laugh, and was so friendly that I asked her name. Suzette helped my wife and me with a question about people we were meeting, and she was very friendly too. The housekeeping women were warm when we passed them in the hall. We were here in Mid April 2026. It’s an extremely well run hotel with great staff, a gem. Hope everyone enjoys this Hyatt as much as we did.
