Clean, vintage feel, and the staff are very friendly, though there's definitely a language issue with many of them. For a discount studio, it's worth the rate. The mountain views are beautiful, and getting into the city is easy.

It was 83° and there was no AC. They offered a box fan as the solution, leaving guests and pets to sit in a hot room all day. The shower barely worked, the bedding was stained, and there's no elevator. When I asked for corporate's number, staff told me to “google” it. Thankfully, they refunded most of my stay, but I wouldn't come back.

At 2 in the morning, a TV in another room was shaking the walls and woke me up. I asked the front desk to get it turned down, but the room kept shaking and I was up all night. The desk staff were rude and didn't seem to care about the noise or the customers. When I asked for a refund, they basically told me to screw myself, and nothing was done. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't want to be treated poorly.

I've been here a while, and the front desk workers are always willing to work with me. They provide great customer service, communicate well, and work very hard. They're on the desk 24/7 and never seem to sleep.

There were bed bugs in my room. I paid for it but didn't even stay there, and when I asked for my money back, they refused.
