The morning staff eventually let us use a room two floors up to get a warm shower, so at least they did something to improve the situation. We had to carry our things upstairs, shower, then come back to our room. The problem started with our cold shower. When we reported it, staff said the faucet was known to be bad and wouldn't heat the water, and that regular guests even request that room because of it. They said there was no other room available. The staff are very nice, and the location is great, close to the beach and everything in Naples. But the hotel is old and hasn't been updated. The rooms have a smell, and staying there really made my skin crawl. I wouldn't stay again.

The main issue was the smell of old socks. The room wasn't terribly dated, and some nice work has been done, though it still has the old tub. As of Feb 2026, there's no longer a washing machine or laundry room, despite what many reviews say. I was there for business and put up with the issues, but I definitely wouldn't stay there using my own money.

It was 3AM and I needed a room. Nobody else answered the phone, but everyone here was amazing from the moment I arrived. Blake was on duty and took great care of me. The room was clean and quiet, the shower had just the right water pressure, the temperature was perfect, and the bed was so comfortable. If you're in Naples, this is the place to stay!
