Naples Bay Resort & Marina

My husband planned a surprise first anniversary trip for us from Miami. I liked being close to downtown and the people at the front desk, the go-cart driver, and the spa staff were nice. The spa itself was excellent. My husband felt the hotel was mediocre for the price, and our view wasn’t anything special. The restaurant that’s only open to resort guests was awful. We waited 30 minutes just to get water and place our order, and they served a whole table that arrived after us. There was hardly anyone there. I ended up leaving. Room service also ends at 8pm, which is too early, and the food from the resort cafe was so bad I couldn’t eat it. I was the only Black guest, and the only person of color I saw staying there during our visit. That felt bizarre. It was giving get out, and I got so many stares that I felt uncomfortable. The staff were mainly immigrants. Being near downtown was the best part, since there are things to do there. The stay didn’t leave me with much to write home about or any real desire to return.

The marina really stood out for us. It was well kept and easy to navigate, and the team there were friendly and professional, making arrivals and departures feel smooth. The waterfront, greenery, and elegant buildings give the place a peaceful feel, though it’s still close to downtown Naples, Fifth Avenue South, and the beach. Service around the resort was attentive and courteous without feeling intrusive, from check-in to the pool. There are resort-style pools, a spa, fitness facilities, and dining options. You can spend a quiet morning by the water, relax at the pool, then head out for an evening in Naples without feeling rushed. The property is beautiful and feels polished, upscale, and welcoming. Whether you stay in one of the spacious cottages or visit for the marina, spa, or food, Naples Bay Resort & Marina makes a lovely coastal getaway. It balances comfort, location, and luxury well, and I can see why guests return. 🌴⚓✨

We spent Christmas here, and the staff were what made it so special. Hope from Concierge was the sweetest and helped me with loads of reservations and recommendations. I wish she were my best friend! Larry from Valet was amazing too. I’d happily grab a beer with him anytime. The property was impeccable and everyone was so friendly. Thanks for making it the best Christmas ever. We’ll be back!

The marina views from the rooms were beautiful, and we had a great visit. The three pools each had a different temperature: the kids’ waterfall pool was cool, the lap pool medium, and the round pool the warmest. There’s a lazy river with tubes too. The wait staff were friendly and the service was amazing. We liked the food and drinks, especially the soft pretzels, coconut shrimp, and chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. The cheeseburgers were huge. The chicken rice bowl was just okay.
