The hotel is a few minutes from where we needed to be for an outpatient procedure, and it worked perfectly for us. Our room was comfortable, clean, and didn’t smell musty. Since it’s a sustainable hotel, the water can be tepid. The reception team and other staff were helpful and made the stay great. It’s across from a Super Walmart for quick purchases, and the distinctive grocery store Seed to Table deserves a mention. The location is convenient for most needs.

A decent breakfast with several choices is included in the stay. The rooms have good space and are comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen for cooking is a nice extra. The location is good, too.

This is a practical, well-run extended-stay hotel, mainly aimed at business travelers rather than resort guests. Even so, it worked very well for our family of four. Our one-bedroom suite had enough room, two large closets, and a mobile worktable with an office chair. The queen bed was the usual soft U.S. style. The bathroom had a tub and strong water pressure. Each room has adjustable, audible air conditioning, its own TV, complimentary Wi-Fi fast enough for work and streaming, and Netflix through Marriott’s system. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, sink, and basic dishes and cutlery. Breakfast is a fairly substantial buffet for this kind of hotel, served from 6:00-9:00 a.m. and later on weekends. There were eggs every day, changing hot options such as bacon or quiche, waffles, bagels, oatmeal toppings, yogurt, cereal, juice, and coffee. The food was reliably replenished. Parking is free, well lit, and plentiful. The hotel stayed notably quiet despite being near Interstate 75 (I-75). Guest laundry costs 2 USD per cycle in quarters, and there’s a small fitness room. There aren’t resort amenities or child-focused facilities, but the kitchen, laundry, storage, and breakfast make this a useful, independent base for exploring the area. Everything operational met expectations, housekeeping was consistent, and staff were professional. I’d book again in similar circumstances.

The people here are what make it feel like family. Dacia, the manager, is warm and welcoming, and you can see that her approach carries through the team. Tam and Santiago, the assistant managers, greet you with kindness and positivity. Maya and Liz at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and always a pleasure to see. I’ve stayed at TownePlace Suites Naples every week for over three years, and it’s become my home away from home. It’s a clean, comfortable place to rest, with a cozy feeling that’s rare when you travel. You feel genuinely cared for here. Highly recommend this wonderful team and hotel.
