The rooms are really nice, and I love the jacuzzi room, probably the best one. But I was disappointed by the front desk treatment. We wanted a room last night, and the Cuban woman working there was rude and had a nasty attitude toward my husband and me. Maybe it was because we have darker skin, though I can't be sure. She needs to work on her manners and professionalism. That's no way to treat a client, and it reflects badly on the business.

It was pretty far, and I only came because the other motels were busy that day. The place was clean and had a very sexy atmosphere. Good spot if it's nearby, though it could use some music.

The rooms are gorgeous and they have some really good offers. It was very clean, and the customer service was great. I'd recommend coming here to spend time with your partner.

The manager wasn't helpful, and there were lots of employees who seemed to have no idea what customer service means. The cleaning staff also seemed lazy, and the rooms were dirty. Terrible service. I hope upper management looks into this place. I can't verify whether the cleaning ladies have legal status, but I suspect they may not.

We had a great time and will definitely come back. The rooms were clean, parking was fabulous, and the staff were top notch and very professional. It was a magnificent experience, and the hotel powered by Nexx is a real jewel. Highly recommended!
