Elise took such good care of us through dinner, drinks, and desserts. She was attentive and kept checking in to make sure everything was going well. The dulce leche dessert was amazing. We loved you at ton, Elise!

I found the staff friendly and helpful, and the hot tub and pool were wonderful. Room 225 was okay, but the noise made it hard to sleep. You could hear toilets flushing throughout the night, each flush rumbling for about 40 seconds, apparently because there's air in the pipes. The only relief was when the AC kicked on and rattled. Bring noise-canceling headphones if you want any sleep. Housekeeping only cleans the room if you ask, and they should be embarrassed to charge for parking. I'm on the fence about this hotel.

The hotel was busy with a conference or something, but Julio at the front desk still made time for my quick questions and checked that I was set for a good stay. I really appreciated the great customer service and his help.

The hotel felt a bit dated, but we had a great visit and the service was very good. Josh was exceptionally kind and helpful, and we felt welcomed and well looked after. We'll definitely consider this Double Tree again.

The rooms were clean and really nice, the service was phenomenal, and the restaurant was fabulous. The team went above and beyond after a misunderstanding led to my room request being canceled. The CR was so understanding and made sure my son and I still had somewhere to sleep that night. We're grateful to the whole team. Definitely a must-stay if this is your stop!
