Motel 6 Nashua

I bought a deluxe room, but the front desk still charged me extra for one that had a fridge and microwave. They made me sign a waiver and tried to rush me through it without reading. It said there was a minimum $250 charge if they didn’t like how the room was left. I assume that’s why they find a way to charge extra at check-in, so they have a card to bill after you leave. The room was already in terrible shape. The bathroom door was broken, the bed and sheets were disgusting, and none of the outlets worked. The sink and shower water were literally brown, and the hot water was really funky. You have to run it for 5-10 minutes before using it. There was no mattress protector, so when the ill-fitting sheets came loose, I could see urine, blood, and other bodily fluids left by previous guests. I can’t believe I found a Motel 6 that was so much more disappointing than they usually are. Good job, guys.

The room was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. At night, though, the nearby street noise made it hard to sleep. It’s a budget place that covers the basics, so don’t expect anything fancy. The stay was decent overall.

Just what we needed: a bed, a room, and a TV. The shower was disappointing because the water fell downward instead of spraying toward the person showering. And wow, the parking lot is bright, so many lights!

A decent place to stay if you’re traveling with animals. The staff are friendly, outgoing, and ready to help.
