Comfort Inn Nashville - Opryland Area

The general manager handled an unexpected situation with empathy and immediately made guest comfort a priority. He acted quickly without extra charges, then personally checked the new room before the transfer to make sure it was spotless. Fresh linens and premium amenities were arranged with housekeeping, and he stayed calm and professional throughout, reassuring the frustrated guests. He called an hour later to check that they were fully satisfied. The staff were attentive throughout as well. His communication and initiative turned what could have been a bad experience into a strong service recovery, and showed how much he cared about guest happiness.

The room was very clean and nicely appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, the shower had great pressure, and breakfast was delicious with everything well stocked. A very nice stay for the room rate. I’ll stay again.

Check-in was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. We made good use of the guest laundry, and several restaurants are within walking distance. The shuttle downtown saved us the hassle of navigating and parking.

The staff were beyond excellent, so friendly and helpful. The lemonade at the front desk was refreshing, and the location to opryland was excellent. Our large room was very clean, with outlets on both sides of the bed. The sink was in the main room, while the toilet and shower were in a tiny separate space. The shower was clean and new, with a nice curtain. The air conditioner worked well, too. The bath mat was frayed and stained with ink or something. When we extended our stay by one night, they gave us a price break. Breakfast was as good as at the more expensive hotel our friends stayed in.
