Conrad Nashville

The service across every department was amazing during my anniversary at the Conrad, and we barely left the property while Nashville was having an ice storm. The food was amazing, and in-room dining was very efficient. I had a beautiful, spacious room for two with a balcony overlooking the city. Gary welcomed us with just the right mix of professionalism and warmth. Andy was really cool and told us about the area, and Mason at the bar gave me some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The vibe was so fun. More than exceptional, and we’ll be back. 10/10!

The public spaces and lounges are beautifully designed, with plenty of places to relax outside the room. That helped create the genuinely luxurious atmosphere I appreciated, with attentive service and understated elegance. My stay at The Conrad Nashville was pleasant and polished without feeling pretentious. The accommodations were spacious, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully appointed. Everything worked exactly as it should for this level of hotel. For Nashville travelers after genuine luxury, the Conrad is an excellent choice, with superior amenities, considered design, and attentive service that make it easy to unwind.

The room service was 10/10, and the rooms were modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Floor-to-ceiling windows brought in great natural light. We loved the front desk staff and the bartender, who was so sweet and personable. It was my brother-in-law’s 21st birthday, and they even brought us a bottle of champagne. The Midtown location made it easy to explore: close to Broadway and the action, but far enough away to feel calm and elevated when we came back. From arrival on, the service was warm, polished, and genuinely welcoming. Each interaction felt thoughtful and effortless. I can’t wait to return to The Conrad Nashville!

We live locally and stay at different high-end hotels around Nashville, but this was our first time at this one. We booked a suite with a soaking tub for an early anniversary evening. The hotel is lovely, but I want anyone thinking of booking to know how cold our room was. We ran the heater for over 18 hours and it never got above 67. It’s very cold in Nashville right now, and the bathroom was freezing, all tile. We couldn’t really use the beautiful bathroom or the tub. The tub leaked onto the floor after we ran it for a few minutes, and the water never got very hot. The front desk said others had complained and asked for heaters. We got an extra blanket, but the staff made it clear they didn’t really care about our concerns. They offered free breakfast, which we’d already paid for in advance. I’ve honestly never left a review like this before, but the room heaters aren’t working properly. 🥶
