Food places were close by, and the property felt safe, which we really appreciated. Security staff patrolled regularly, so we felt at ease about leaving our car there. My girlfriend booked the hotel as a surprise for my birthday week in Nashville, and I was impressed with the rooms. We’ll be back in April. Great location and a reassuringly safe stay!

The person at the desk when we checked out was especially friendly, even at 5am. Check-in was a different story, the attendant wasn’t friendly at all. The rooms were clean enough, but had old spring mattresses that were uncomfortable. They’re sparsely equipped, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water. It’s very convenient for the airport, but there are several other places nearby to choose from. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

8/10
It was only about a five-minute Uber ride to the airport, and the staff were very friendly. The outside of the building and the lobby looked nice, though renovations had made some entrance areas inaccessible. Our room was quite large and smelled pleasant, but the carpet looked old and there was mold in the shower. We live an hour from the airport and usually park there. Staying overnight here and paying for parking cost only $20 more.

The airport is just minutes away, yet the hotel was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Downtown Nashville attractions were about a 5-10 minute drive or Uber ride, and parking was easy. I felt safe throughout my visit. After a long travel day, my room was a comfortable place to relax: immaculate, spacious, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The lobby and shared areas were spotless and inviting. The staff welcomed me right away and were friendly, professional, and quick to help. The free hot breakfast was better than expected, with fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, fruit, and genuinely good coffee. I also liked that they offered grab-and-go bags for early flights. Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Airport stands out for its cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d recommend it to anyone passing through Nashville.

A great, safe and comfortable place to spend the night on a layover near Nashville airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and I’d point people to Jalisco. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They’re renovating, but I didn’t notice the work. I’ll definitely stay here again.
