Home2 lived up to its name when we were there during the Great Ice Storm of Jan 2026. The staff stayed patient and understanding while the city lost power and did all they could to make a difficult stay safer and smoother. The property ran on a generator for well over 24 hours, keeping basic lights, the elevator, and lobby and office going. Staff set up a charging station there, along with waffles and delicious food from one of the few nearby takeout places still operating. I can’t thank them enough. The property was clean, orderly, and comfortable, with a parking garage below for guests. It’s also an excellent base for visiting Nashville. We’ll be recommending it to visitors throughout the year.

Nikki at the front desk was the highlight of our stay, and Tyler and Zach at the bar and restaurant deserve a shoutout too. The staff were wonderful from check-in to the bar. The hotel is spotless and newly renovated, with a rooftop pool, a good breakfast, and a restaurant that was much better than expected. There’s also a convenient shuttle that takes you around and is well worth it. Broadway, the Opry, museums, and plenty more are nearby. This place is a hidden gem, and I’ll stay here whenever I’m back.

For a quick business trip, we had a very good overnight stay. We arrived at 11 pm, but the staff were accommodating and offered a late checkout so we could rest. Cesar was efficient and professional, and Nikki brought lots of personality and care. They helped us find a good place to eat so late, and it worked out. The room and hotel were very clean, and Broadway is a short ride away. I’ll stay again.

Nikki at the front desk was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to help while I was studying. She made sure I had the copies and small things I needed, and shared great tips on nearby places to visit. The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Nashville is spacious, tidy, and very clean. The gym has a beautiful view, and everything I needed was close by along with local spots. It was a five-star stay. I especially recommend it to my Meridian Institute colleagues since the school is so close.
