The food was amazing, even the creamed leeks, which I never expected to like so much. The dessert was great too. Steve was funny and charming, kept our drinks topped up, and somehow guessed which dessert we wanted. The restaurant is small, gorgeous, and comfortable. Service took a little while at first, but there were only two servers and everyone arrived at once for the live music. There was a small issue with my steak, and they fixed it happily. I'd highly recommend the hotel, restaurant, and Steve.

We felt at home right away, thanks to Heather handling registration so beautifully on her own with so many guests. The connected lobby and Countrypolitan restaurant have a welcoming feel. We had lunch at the bar and loved it, especially the cocktails, which were made perfectly. We also had breakfast at Countrypolitan. Brittany did a great job explaining the very unique menu, and the food was abundant and excellent. The hotel is right by printers alley and just a stroll from Broadway. I'd definitely return.

Our group of about 60 was very well looked after during a large event in the conference room. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end, which is no small thing with that many people. Azza was wonderful to work with, sweet, attentive, and always on top of what we needed. The two women at the front desk were also welcoming, kind, and helpful every time we saw them. It was clear the staff cared about our experience. We're grateful for the hospitality and would host another event here.

The location is perfect, with everything walkable in just a few minutes. The hotel is charming, and we liked the restaurant food, live music, and bar. Azza was so kind and attentive while taking care of our company sales kickoff in the conference room. The rooms are nice and the pillows were good, though the lighting could be better in the evening. It's a great hotel in a great location.

We were staying next door, but came in for drinks and were so impressed by the service that we returned for dinner the following day. Steve served us both times and was professional, friendly, attentive, informative, and fantastic all around. Heather at reception also helped us on our first day and was a lovely reason to come in. Dinner was nice. The Caesar salad was unusual but pleasant, the soup was delicious, and the chicken breast was divine. The broccolini was very chewy and overcooked, while the corn dogs were next-level delicious. The entertainment was exceptional both nights. We'll definitely be back.
