We've been here a few months for work, and the front desk and house keeping staff have treated my family with the utmost hospitality. Ms.Tamara at the front desk especially makes sure our questions and concerns get addressed quickly. They do pest control frequently, which matters with so many people staying here, and they arranged accommodations for us during the ice storm we just experienced. I recommend supporting this extended stay, and Ms. Tamara deserves a promotion.

The managers and staff are really nice and will help with anything if you ask. The Orkin man is a godsend, and I only see bugs every now and then, if that. Most hotels have that. I've lived here almost two years, and my hubby and I have been here over a year. We pay 350 a week. My daughter moved in a couple of weeks ago and pays $70 less than we do. I'm glad for her. This has been her home and our safe haven until we get our settlement, by God’s grace, it comes soon. Praise God, we'll be buying a house soon and can get out of here. Before the ice storm, I wrote this review, and not much has changed. I wish people would clean up after themselves around here. Don't leave trash or cigarette butts in the parking lot, and take the lint out of the dryer after using it. Nobody wants to clean up your laundry lent. Have some respect for other people, some of us actually live here as our home for the time being. I wish people would keep the laundry room clean too. The walls are really thin, and for the most part I try to be respectful, though I can't say the same for some neighbors. If you party, remember some people work and get up at 4 o'clock in the morning. So when I'm blasting music at seven, maybe 6 AM, don't be mad, just saying! There are homeless people who stay in tents behind us. I've even let them into the laundry room sometimes to get warm. They're not going to kill or rob us, so the reviews talking crap about those people are wrong. God does the judging, NOT YOU!!!! We all have problems and a past, or maybe we don't, but as a human being, get up and do what you need to do to help in society! Ya know! Rant over. My one complaint is that I wish they'd let us get mail here on a regular basis. Thank you, InTown Suite. I really have no complaints.
Eleven days after the 1/24/26 snow storm, we still had no power. A week before the storm, we had no hot water. On 1/28, the maintenance man knocked on doors asking people to pay their room fee. That felt very unprofessional. How can they expect us to pay when there's no lights or water? I have kids and had to spend my own money on hotel rooms because of this. As of 2/2/26, our power was still out, and they didn't know when it would be restored. Corporate doesn't answer calls or pay attention to the complaint cards we submit. You guys have to do better. I'm glad this was only a temporary stay for me and my family. Future residents, make it a SHORT term stay, not a long term one.
Our room was spotless when we arrived, had no bugs, and it's a nice, quiet place to stay. The location is great, too. I've seen a lot of complaints here, so maybe things are different now. I don't know whether the office lady I met is the manager, but she was pleasant, friendly, and really helpful. I haven't had any counter with housekeeping, so I can't say anything about them.
My family has to stay here at least a week because our house burned down, and it's been hard to get a good night's sleep. People run, jump, and play loud music all night. You'd think the manger would ask them to keep it down after a certain time, since most people have to get up early for work. The Google photos aren't of the actual rooms. They're similar, but the rooms aren't that nice, just manageable. The bathroom door won't close, it smells like someone smoked in my room, and there are burn spots on the sink. The vanity doors look like they're about to come off.
