Mint House Nashville Marathon Village by Kasa

The building felt secure, with codes for the front door, elevator, and room, and there was overnight security in the parking lot. Check-in was all online, so there's no front desk, but help is available at any time. Parking is beneath the building, and the rooms start on the second floor. We were in Nashville for two nights, and this was an affordable option about five minutes from Broadway. We left the car parked and took a rideshare downtown, which worked well because it's so close. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, though we had no problems. It seemed like improvements were underway, with a few new apartment buildings around. The building itself was new, and our room was modern and very clean, with a kitchenette. This particular room had so much furniture that space felt tight, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

Our GPS sent us the wrong way, and there was no parking access from there. Once I checked the map and figured out another route myself, we got into the parking area without any trouble. It's a lovely little place for a quick getaway, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Nashville.

It was an easy seven-minute Uber ride to Broadway and a straightforward walk to the Motorworks Museum, with plenty to see and explore, including the stores, the Distillety, and nearby restaurants. The building felt safe and secure, and self check-in was easy. There's also plenty of street parking. This is a great, nearly brand-new place to stay. The rooms are spacious and self-contained, with new kitchen appliances and a large shower. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, which can be rare in paid accommodation. I'd highly recommend it.

The pool area was a lovely place to spend time outside, with nice spots to sit and relax. We had an excellent family stay. The room worked perfectly for four, the amenities were very nice, and I'd highly recommend it.
