Nashville Airport Marriott

The staff made our weeklong stay especially good. At breakfast, the servers and kitchen team paid close attention to everyone and did a great job accommodating guests. The bar staff were also fantastic in the evenings. One afternoon my room didn't have enough workspace, and they kindly let me use an empty ballroom for a while. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and I liked the controlled-access parking lot. Great stay. Five oinks, would recommend.

Shanitra at the front desk made a real difference to my stay. She was warm and professional, answered my questions, offered recommendations, and got check-in sorted smoothly. You could tell she cared about the guests. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located, with excellent amenities and thoughtful details. When our power came back the next morning, we headed home before checkout. Until then, the Airport Marriott gave us somewhere warm during a dangerous, chaotic ice and snow event. We live nearby and booked online after our power went out. The hotel had a room, and the front desk kindly made an exception to its pet policy for Kiki, our 80-pound German Shepard, not quite two years old. We slid into the parking area around 6 p.m. The man and woman at the desk were welcoming and kind, though I was too stressed and exhausted to get their names. They may remember Kiki, who can be loud and annoying. We promised to keep her quiet, and she behaved well the rest of the evening. A few guests in the elevator were happy to pet her. The fire alarm went off regularly for a while, but we understood the unusual power and weather problems were behind it. My husband, Kiki, and I soon learned to tune it out because we were just glad to be warm. We're so thankful the staff took care of the community through such a big, messy, dangerous event. We saw families and other people with dogs who were just as stressed and exhausted, and I'm sure they appreciated the hospitality too.

We spent over a week here during the recent ice storm, and the staff's compassion made what could have been a stressful time much more pleasant. They arranged accessible rooms for us and took care of every need. Housekeeping was amazing, and requests were handled right away. The rooms were a little aged, but very clean and comfortable. From check-in through checkout, the team showed so much kindness. I'm grateful for our time there and can't thank them enough.
