Quality Suites Nashville Airport

The airport shuttle doesn't run on holidays, something I learned the hard way. For the price, the room was decent enough for a nap, and the front desk staff were nice. It had two queen beds, two TVs, a sofa, microwave, good-sized mini fridge, ceiling fan, and AC, plus Wi-Fi. The furniture is old, though you can see some equipment around the hotel has been updated. I wouldn't bring small children here.

I needed somewhere near the airport, and the beds were comfortable, but there was an old odor and the shower had no hot or even warm water. The shuttle only starts at 6 a.m., so I had to take an Uber and missed the complimentary breakfast. Definitely not somewhere I'd recommend for airline or flight crews.

The beds were the best part of the room, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. For our weekend plans, this was about the best option for price and location, but the small lot may not work for trailers or large box trucks. Inside looked clean and welcoming and smelled nice, though the furniture was worn. Our second floor room had two queen beds and a sofa bed. The beds were unusually tall, but the sofa was filthy, torn open at the sides, and so worn I could feel the springs. There was trash under the mattress, too. The room needs a real remodel, not patches. The bathroom was okay, but the ceiling over the shower and toilet had black spots that might have been mold, hard to tell. With DirecTV, about 90-95% of the channels didn't work. I saw a couple of bugs as well. It was just okay, and I wouldn't pay $300 for two nights again. I've paid less for better.

The breakfast was delicious, and I'm grateful for it. I like to get up early and eat until I'm full. Keerthi greeted me warmly, and my room was beautiful, super clean, and relatively affordable at $85. The only option available was two queen beds, and they were soft and comfortable. I got some of the best sleep of my life. There was also a living room area with a pull-out couch. I can't understand why this place isn't officially rated five stars. I plan to post room and lobby pictures and give five stars from at least five of my Google accounts to help boost its score. Please keep up the good work, and thank you. A couple of things need attention: the ice machine is awful and needs service, or a proper standalone unit that can hold enough ice. The small tabletop ones don't hold much, and I use a five-gallon bucket to fill my cooler every few days. The TV has lots of channels, but most don't work. It's not a huge deal since most of us spend so much time on our phones, though it's a problem with our generation. I love my phone, but sometimes I wish smartphones had never existed.
