Tea and coffee were in the room, but there was no milk, so pick some up when you arrive and keep it in the refrigerator. It was about a 10-minute walk to Broadway, and the rooms were really spacious. The beds were comfortable, though the listing said large double and the bed was a standard double. I'd stay again.

We were really impressed by how much space we had. It's more like Airbnb apartments than a regular hotel, which worked great for us, with a full kitchen and laundry in the room. The place is a little off the beaten path in Nashville, but still walkable to everywhere we wanted to try. It was quiet at night, convenient, and had its own paid parking garage. We'd definitely come back.

At 6 AM my friend woke up to an unfamiliar person in her room and found her wallet missing. As she reported it to management, two fraud alerts came through on her cards, one for Kroger and one for Walgreens down the streer. Management didn't seem to treat it seriously, even after she filed a police report. Please think carefully before staying here. If you find belongings missing after a stay, review what happened thoroughly and file a police report promptly.

The reception staff were helpful with problems, but be aware there's a hefty $150 security deposit that can take 10-15 days to come back. UPDATE: 18 working days later, the $150 charged to my debit card still hadn't been refunded, even though other hotels that took a deposit had returned theirs. I stayed four nights. WiFi and TV in room 1026 wouldn't connect to that room's WiFi, maybe because someone changed the password, I think, but both worked when I connected to the room next door's network. Parking is a nightmare without a USA mobile number because the system can't text your phone. You can park on the road outside for free.
