The room was disgusting. Cockroaches were crawling around, and I found hair, blood, and other bodily fluids on surfaces throughout, including the bathroom. The shower curtain looked like it had never been cleaned. It was brown and black along the bottom, and after it dripped onto a towel on the floor for a day, it left a clear brown mark. The fridge had food, hair, and dust inside. The end tables had dust, boogers, and what looked clearly like other bodily fluids. There was barely any hot water, people were smoking weed in the building, and the internet didn’t work until day two. After a long travel day, I waited at the counter while the front desk employee sat in the back watching TikToks. When she finally checked me in, she gave me only a key and room number, with no information about the room or amenities. The rooms are dirty and outdated, and the staff were unprofessional. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the USA. I’ll make sure my company never sends employees here again.

I spent about a month here with my dog, and the room worked well for a longer stay. There are plenty of places to walk him, though the one doggy bag station needs refilling. Staff were relaxed, the room was clean, and the trash room was handy. The kitchen was nice, the fridge was a good size, and they provide the cooking items you need. No noise complaints at all. The location is very convenient, with everything you need nearby. Breakfast is okay when you’re in a hurry, but I wish there were a continental breakfast bar. I’d give it five stars with that. The only reason I took one off was having to reset my key almost every other day. They might want to update the cards and locks. I’d take that fix over a breakfast bar.

I’ve stayed here several times for work, for a few weeks at a time, and really like it. The location is fantastic, rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly. For the price, I honestly can’t think of anything negative. Thanks!

We’ve been here for a month and a half, and it hasn’t been a good stay. The elevator broke two weeks in and is still out. We booked a third-floor room before that happened, and I couldn’t have known it would turn into such a hassle for groceries or elderly visitors. The place also seems short on cleaning staff. Trash is often scattered in the stairwells, which smell like mold, and they let the trash rooms pile up before taking it out. I’ve seen roaches there. The laundry room is messy, the machines are expensive, and even on high heat they don’t dry clothes all the way. I’ve ruined a lot of things. Housekeeping can be rude and gossip loudly in Spanish. I understand Spanish, so I know what they’re saying. A couple of times my room couldn’t be cleaned because of my cat, and they showed up at random times. I’ve had to leave my cat in a carrier for who knows how long until they get to the room, which isn’t fair to her. Breakfast is grab-and-go, just a muffin or oatmeal. Who has time to make and eat oatmeal on the go? There are a couple of nice employees who helped exchange my sheets and towels, which I appreciated. Natasha, though, hasn’t been welcoming in my interactions with her. She seems displeased or annoyed, as if I’m inconveniencing her, and tense all the time. I might be misreading it. It can also take a while to get help at the desk. You may be left standing in the lobby until you call out “Hellooo” over the counter and someone comes from the back room. Police are often patrolling the parking lots around here, so it seems like a hot spot for police or criminal activity, though I haven’t personally seen anything out of the ordinary. I have seen blood outside a couple of times. Maybe that’s why. I’m honestly not sure who to contact, but my stay has been really bad.
