I've already booked another stay for the December festival. Last weekend was a great experience: the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location made it easy to get to food and restaurants. It's a small town, but I was glad many places were within walking distance. Most of all, the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The soft bed, clean crisp covers, and comfy pillows made for a really good night's sleep. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for such a great stay.

At the Hampton Inn Natchitoches, I found a comfortable, dependable place to stay with friendly service. The staff welcomed me genuinely from the moment I arrived, and the clean, quiet room made it easy to get a good night's rest. It's close to the interstate, which is handy, though it's also near a bunch of fast food spots. A decent choice if you're looking for comfort and good service.

The French market is right down the road, and restaurants are easy to get to from this great location. The staff were great too, and the breakfast and coffee were really good.

We were just stopping briefly on our way to BR for LSU Alumni Football Friday. I left my overnight kit in the room by mistake, but the staff called to let me know and offered to mail it. I picked it up on our way home instead, and they kindly held onto it for me. Great service, thank you. Kindness always wins!

I work nearby and had booked a nine-day stay. The day before check-in, my assignment was moved to Texas for seven days, and I called to explain that I'd come in for the remaining two days. The hotel canceled the booking and charged me a one-night cancellation fee. When I explained that I was only changing the reservation, the response was basically, too bad, the charge had already been made. I said they could cancel the other two days as well. I work in this town six months a year, but I won't stay here again. My issue isn't the cancellation policy, it's the attitude.
