The evening worker looked like she was unhappy with life. More seriously, we were in room 119 for two hours when bed bugs swarmed us. I'll never stay there again. They also kept a non-refundable $25 pet fee. That's also what they charge for extra people who aren't on the registration card.

The location is superb, but our first room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. The sheets were all messed up, a really poor situation. We went back to reception, got another room, and received something like an apology. The laundry could use clearer signs showing customers what the washers and dryers cost.

We were booked for three people but had just one set of towels and one room key/card. The pool/spa wasn't working and was closed behind a chainlink fence covered with blue tarps. At the after-hours check-in window, where we could see into the lobby, there was an open, half-consumed bottle of chocolate milk on the floor. Inside the room, stains marked the walls and furniture, the showerhead was covered in gunk, and the tub was dirty. There were gouges in the walls and ceiling, poorly laid flooring with uneven gaps and dirt between planks, and curtains or rods held up with zip ties. The door didn't fit its frame and wouldn't close properly. Cables and wires were exposed and dangling inside the room and along the building exterior and upstairs walkway. I won't stay here again and would tell others to find somewhere else.

Brown water came out when we turned on the faucet, the AC quit in the middle of the night, and the TV had static lines across the picture. Our room was terrible. I'd only suggest staying somewhere else.
