Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel

We had booked three nights, but a sick kid back home meant we had to leave a day early. Management understood and refunded the unused night, which I really appreciated with everything else going on. The office staff were great to deal with, and even the housekeeping folks we passed in the hallway were really friendly. They clearly take care when cleaning the rooms. Our two-room jacuzzi suite was spacious, clean, and modern, and there was an outdoor hot tub too. We didn't get to try the restaurant next door, but Qdoba delivers. We'd come back! :)

We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The hotel and restaurant staff were kind and welcoming every time we dealt with them, which made the whole stay feel easy. The restaurant was convenient to get to, reasonably priced, and the food was genuinely good. After a day at the pool, the hot tubs were a lovely way to wind down. The pool, toddler area, and slide were fun and well kept, and the rooms, halls, and pool area were all spotless. Our staycation went so well. We'd recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

The connected restaurant made it really easy to grab a meal, and the pool was great for kids and families. We booked a quick night away from home for a little family staycation and had such a good time. We'd forgotten what a hidden gem this place is. Thanks for keeping the facilities clean and having professional staff throughout.

We found a great bar and grill just beyond a cobblestone-style area that felt like an old-world street, a short walk from our room. The food, prices, and service there were all incredible. The pool area wasn't huge, but being connected to the little upstairs arcade was a lot of fun. It was our first time at this property, and the amenities were amazing, even though the outdoor ones couldn't be used.
