The front desk person was polite and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean, with a firm, clean bed and fresh linens. There was visible wear, though, including scrapes in the paint, cosmetic issues, signs of rough previous occupants or attempted DIY repairs, and a missing security latch on the door. It's an older motel, so you get what you pay for. If you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, this should do. Keep in mind it's near a busy main road and across from an event center, so there will be outside noise. That's beyond their control. I'd stay here again if I needed to.

Everything's within walking distance, from shops and restaurants to bars. I stayed recently at the Parker Lodge downtown on Garrison in Ft.smith. The room was clean and looked nice. I'd definitely stay again.

I spent close to a week here in October of 2025. The location was great and quiet, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly. They also allow pets, including cats, for a small daily fee.

The rooms were cleanish and not bad overall, though they could use some remodeling and paint, and the lampshades need cleaning. What really bothers me is the rule that we have to take our dog with us if we leave. They should put that on the booking websites. It's hard to bring a dog to a restaurant when you want to eat, have a drink, or go to the casino! We booked online expecting two beds, but got one instead. The site said the total amount had been charged, yet they charged us another 15 for the dog.
