My business partner and I love this place. We work out of town, and after searching around for a decent hotel, I spotted this one, which isn't part of a big chain and had some good reviews. I'm glad we gave it a try. I wouldn't even consider another place now. The complimentary breakfast is a real highlight, with plenty of filling food. The cookies at check-in are amazing too, so don't forget those. The staff are warm and welcoming, and have become familiar, friendly faces. I'll try to post photos of the breakfast buffet later. It really is a buffet. Give this hotel a try!

Check-in was easy, and we had a clean room in a great location. Breakfast was hot and fresh. In room 107, the carpet has heavy-looking water stains, and the desk chair needs replacing.

I really regret pre-booking. If I'd toured the place first, I wouldn't have booked. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were listed online as perks, but were unavailable. The room was spacious and accommodating, but the bathroom was dirty. There was toothpaste from a previous guest on the fixtures and mirror, and stains on the shower floor made it impossible to shower. Do yourself a big favor and don't stay here. I'm certainly full of regret.

Breakfast was supposed to run until 9 AM, but when my husband went down at 8:45, they were taking food away faster than he could get to it, even the salt and pepper shakers. What's that about? There also weren't enough accessible outlets to charge phones or even make coffee. The room was roomy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure, but its fabric curtain was frayed and couldn't keep the water in. There was no fan to clear the steam.

I've stayed here before without any problems, but this visit had plumbing issues throughout the hotel. The fridge in our room and the dryer didn't work, and the bed was awful. Worst of all, there were roaches in the room. We checked out two days early, and the front desk didn't seem to care. It felt like they already knew about the problems. I won't be back.
