The place is absolutely beautiful and decorated so nicely. We had a great weekend there in September 2025 for a wedding, and our room was lovely. The bathroom was very dim, though, which made putting on makeup difficult. We’re in our 70s, and the stairs were hard on us, especially with my leg and hip problems. We hadn’t realized our room was upstairs. A coffee and drinks station upstairs would have helped. Still, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

The bridal suite worked perfectly for the nine girls getting hair and makeup done, with plenty of mirrors and room to relax. The staff were easy to work with and glad to help with arrangements. We hosted our daughter’s wedding here in August 2025 and stayed across the property, in the Pickleball House, fountain house, rooms at the inn, and the cottage. It’s such a beautiful place, and it felt like a resort. It was sweet seeing the girls walk to and from Ashley Hall to get ready for the big day. No complaints, just a perfect wedding spot!

The staff deserve credit, they were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating throughout. We had dinner at the restaurant and wandered around the grounds, then spent the day and evening playing pickleball on the beautiful courts with occasional swims in the pool. A great getaway with three other couples in the Pickleball House. It was spacious, well equipped, and comfortable for all of us. Job well done!

The outdoor areas are amazing, and the venue is gorgeous inside and out. It’s been renovated so expertly, too. Such a beautiful place!
