The music they have on some days was the only good part of our stay. We booked about a month ahead for our daughter's graduation and decided to use our choice points. The first two dates were fine, but at checkout they tried to charge us for one night that had already been discounted through the points. Nobody had told us about that. The manager said it wasn't their issue with the company, and they hadn't informed us in advance. Our room was not clean, and the breakfast was disgusting. Worst hotel experience I've had.

I booked the ballroom at the New Bedford Harbor Hotel for a baby shower with about 100 guests, and the space worked perfectly. Its floor-to-ceiling windows brought in natural light, so I could take beautiful photos from daytime into dusk. The manager and staff were attentive, professional, and more than accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located downtown in New Bedford. I'd highly recommend the ballroom, meeting room, or a stay at this lovely property for any occasion that brings you to the historic city.

The ferry is an easy walk downhill, about five to ten minutes. After a difficult, harrowing drive from Philadelphia, we arrived at 1:30 a.m. The staff were courteous, amazing, and made us feel at ease. Our room was very nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was okay, and the coffee was drinkable! Thank you.

New Bedford is such a cool place. We had a great time there, with loads of distinctive, hip shops and things to do. The bars were top-notch. It has the sophistication of NYC with a bit of Providence's vibe, and this hotel is one of a kind.

The room was clean and the bed was fine to sleep in, but the little problems added up, so I wouldn't stay here again. Our room was very small, and the shower shelf was coming off, so we couldn't set our toiletries on it. The sink drained poorly too. I picked this hotel because we could walk to our event. The included breakfast was limited to microwaveable sandwiches, pastries, and bagels.
