Jenn, the event planner, was awesome and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. She made sure everything we needed was taken care of, and whenever an issue came up, she fixed it right away. The event hall was great, and she was also our bartender for the event. A guest who came from out of state was given a room that hadn't been cleaned, but the front desk was notified and they changed rooms right away. They were very attentive to our event needs. I highly recommend this place for events and will definitely use it again.

The little atrium, with rooms arranged to look like a village, is the best part, and being right across from the pool made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while relaxing. The new renovations look amazing, and the staff are phenomenal. I spent the weekend there with my children, and they absolutely loved it. Honestly, I think it's the greatest hotel in New Bedford. 10 out of 10! 😎

When my building caught fire, we needed rooms for our 21 tenants, and this hotel helped us out. Kendra was so helpful. The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant was closed because of the travel ban, but they had snacks on site. I got stranded during the 26', 3 ft blizzard with no way to get home and barely made it to the hotel. The attendant helped with my situation and even gave me a charger so I could pay with Google Pay. My room was clean and in order. Thanks to the staff member who helped me, absolutely outstanding employee!
