The Health Department confirmed that my partner and I contracted Legionella pneumonia from bacteria in the water. My partner nearly died. The establishment was dirty, the linens were dirty, and management never tried to apologize. This business was protected by a clause in its insurance policy.

My husband and I stayed at this motel for a week for work. Less than 24 hours after checking out, I found live bed bugs in my pillow and linens. I contacted the hotel twice, and both calls turned into verbal altercations with staff. The first woman said I could have gotten a refund if I'd reported it during the stay or at checkout. The “manager,” Mike Patel, refused to take my name and phone number so I could speak with the owner. I was told I couldn't get a refund because I hadn't raised the issue at checkout. I had noticed bites on my body two days before leaving and mentioned them to my husband, but he had none, so I didn't think much of it. During the stay, the property was quiet, the room was big and clean, and I didn't see bugs when I checked. Everything had gone well, so I had no complaint at checkout. Then, not even a day after leaving, I found active bugs in my things.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. You can choose a room with single or double beds, and parking is right outside the room. The place is usually quiet, and management is friendly, with most staff trying to meet guests' needs and requests. It's basic accommodation without breakfast, and the TV has Dish Network. If you stay here, you may be pleasantly surprised.

The room had broken equipment, a bad smell, and bed bugs crawling around, including outside the bed. There were burns and stains on the sheets and furniture. The parking lot also seemed to have illegal activity going on at night. It was a very nasty place, and I couldn't even stay one night. You couldn't pay me to return, and I feel sorry for whoever stays there. This was the most disgusting dump I've ever encountered. If I could give less than one star, I would.
