I wouldn't stay here again, even to save money. In the 24 hours before check-in, I called several times to let them know I'd arrive late, but nobody answered or called back. When I got there, I was the only person in the lobby, yet the staff barely acknowledged me and just demanded my card and ID. They didn't welcome me at all. The room was freezing, with no heat on, and it took over an hour for the heater to warm the uninsulated space. Both lights above the beds were broken. It was decently clean, but very worn and not nice, and the sheets were itchy. The guest service staff were just as rude at checkout. Every staff member I dealt with was a man with a very sour expression. I absolutely wouldn't stay here again.

10/21/25, we found this gem while looking for a room late in the day. It was a bargain, and everything worked out perfectly. The room was arranged really well, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had a strong flow. The coffee pot was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly.

The pool and its surroundings looked very clean, and the location made getting around easy. Our room was clean too, though it had a smell. Breakfast was bad: the coffee was hazelnut even though it was labeled regular, and the packaged sweets were overly dry and disgusting. We went to the egg & I two doors down instead.

Spotless rooms and really comfortable beds, with a lovely stretch of green grass outside. The location is incredible for getting to restaurants, and the front desk staff were very nice. I'd definitely come back.

The staff were super friendly, and I heard a few of them singing on several occasions, which was endearing. Room 401 was nice and roomy, with a microwave and fridge that came in very handy. I also appreciated how amazingly clean the room was. Breakfast is cold and nothing special, but it does the job. The pool is clean, though on the small side. It was a pleasant stay, and we'd definitely return.
