Hollywood Motel

I'm between homes and have pets, so I ended up here as a last resort. I didn't have any problems myself, since I was working and mostly just came and went, but the people using drugs were a lot to see. There were babies crawling on the filthy ground, which was heartbreaking. I'm not judging anyone for struggling, because we all go through hard times. It just made me sad, and I pray for them as well as myself.

The rooms aren't clean or up to date. The TV is ancient, some walls have holes, the outside paint is old and ugly, and there are large holes in the sidewalk where hedges used to be. There's also a big dumpster right in the middle of the parking lot. The maid and security guard are very helpful, so if you have to stay, ask them for help. The office staff are rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is dirty and costs too much. The so-called security guard is actually the maintenance person, but acts like he's in charge. He gets into people's business and threatens to call the police. They also shut off the electricity for the whole day while fixing rooms, without offering any discount. Terrible motel, definitely two thumbs down.

My best friend is staying here because a lot is going on in his life and this is the only place he can go right now. His room feels like something from a horror movie. I love horror movies, but I think I'd go crazy staying there, especially since there's not much to do or anywhere for him to go. The room has no phone and the TV is broken. When I described it in graphic detail outside, the maintenance guy happened to walk by, said hello, and asked what we thought of the place. He just smiled and said, “This place is hell!” We laughed, but it's really not funny anymore. It might be a place to end your life. I don't know where the pictures I took went, maybe a demon took them through my phone, but I'll update this review with them when I get them all.
