The Hollander Motel

Even on a main road, I couldn’t hear the traffic. I loved my extended stay. The staff were friendly, and the motel rooms were very clean and homey. I’ll definitely stay again if I need to.

The neighbours were welcoming and friendly, and I felt I could talk to them whenever I needed. I spent a little over a month here, and the staff were super friendly and handled requests whenever needed. There were a few incidents with visitors, though not many disturbances, and the police responded almost immediately to take care of them. The comfortable room met all my needs, the showers always had hot water, and provisions were available on request. I’m sad to leave after a great stay, and would absolutely stay again if I’m in the area.

Good people here. I’ve never had a problem.

The room smelled awful, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We were only meant to stay one night, and that was all we could manage. When my daughter’s bottle cap rolled under the bed the morning we were leaving, my fiancé lifted it so I could reach it. Under there we found a medicine bottle with a small baggie of white powder, cocaine. I was horrified and disgusted. At checkout, a rude, dirty man in the office was blatantly unpleasant and said, "well i guess this is your first time here". We paid $89 and felt we’d wasted it. I’ll never spend money here again or recommend it to anyone. I stayed with my family, including my infant, on May 23, 2015.
