The first-floor room I asked for was ready when I arrived, and I was greeted warmly. It stayed wonderfully cool despite the hot weather, had plenty of light for reading, and anything I needed was easy to get. The bed was really comfortable. I liked the welcoming, relaxed feel, and the location worked very well for my visit.

I felt safe and at ease here traveling on my own. The charming room was comfortable, and shops and cafes in town were an easy walk away. I also had a great dinner at the Elms restaurant, with excellent service from both the waitress and the host. I'd happily stay at the New London Inn again and recommend it.

We came for a college visit to Colby Sawyer, and the inn suited us really well. It's a lovely, quaint New England place, with fireplaces, books and games, plus drinks and snacks on site. The scones were great. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service and location were good too. Worth the time.

I needed a break from a demanding schedule, and the Inn made for a warm, homey place to stay. The accommodations were well looked after, and the staff were very accommodating when I needed a small but important change. I also ate at the Elm Restaurant and loved both the food and the service.

The local pub and restaurant was our favorite part. I can see why people come from all over for dinner or drinks, and we loved it. The inn itself had a friendly feel and great rooms. We stayed one night before skiing at a nearby mountain the next day. I'd definitely recommend it.
