We checked out immediately after seeing the pool area. There were no pool towels, and it looked abandoned and neglected, so my girls and I didn’t use it. The hotel was terrible from the start. There was a payment problem even though the room was supposed to be paid for, which made the trip stressful right away. The outside looked very outdated, and around five or six men were standing outside drinking beer. I assume they were guests, but it didn’t feel welcoming or safe with my children. Upstairs, the hallway carpet was filthy, the room door looked rigged together, and the key card barely worked. The room smelled damp and musty, the floors felt damp, and everything looked dirty, dated, and poorly maintained. The TV didn’t work, and I didn’t feel safe or comfortable there. I left my pizza on the car briefly and found it missing when I came back. The AI-generated advertising photos look nothing like the hotel in person, which was very misleading. I stayed May 15-17, and wouldn’t book again unless prepared for an entirely different experience than advertised.
