We asked for a higher floor on the quiet side and didn't hear a peep from the partying below during our four days. The King room was clean, more spacious than I expected, and everything worked as it should. The hotel sits right in the heart of the French Quarter, but inside it feels comfortable and relaxing. They also kindly let us check in early. Martha was the highlight. She was warm, attentive, and clearly cared about making our stay a good one. She turned a good visit into a memorable one and deserves recognition. The whole team seemed proud of their work. Great service and location, and we'd absolutely stay again. Highly recommend it for a New Orleans visit.

Eric and Jarrod on the lobby level took great care of me, and the rest of the staff were helpful, thorough, and quick to anticipate what I needed. They gave me good food recommendations and even helped arrange a small birthday treat for a friend to be delivered to our room. I hope management recognizes them. By the end, several staff knew my face and were prompt and courteous. My room was ready early, and they let me in. It was grand, comfortable, and faced Canal Street. The hotel was excellent value for what I paid. The food was delicious, including the lunch I had there and the several orders of beignets I needed. The hotel also has several ways to communicate and get information, which helped a lot. Its central location is convenient for French Quarter activities. My stay at Hyatt went beyond what I expected, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

Ken from the Holmes restaurant staff helped make our trip one to remember. My partner and I got engaged while we were there, and Ken's reaction was lovely. His customer service went above and beyond. He's one of the staff's gems, and I hope he gets recognized. We had a lot of fun, and the hotel's location was amazing, with plenty within walking distance. The staff were accommodating and efficient.
