Verde Ranch RV Resort

The laundry was easy to run through an app, so I could keep track of it from the RV and know when to switch loads. And who doesn't like a good Speed Queen? The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the sites were cared for and easy to get into. Getting our 43-foot RV into the place was easy too. We'll visit again!

We had a great time as a family and will be back soon. The staff were always helpful and kind, and never made us feel like a burden. The facilities stayed clean and well maintained, and the heated pool was a huge hit. It's close to the river and far enough from Sedona's traffic, but still close enough to get there easily. Awesome place!

We usually stay outside Sedona each winter and wish we'd found this place sooner. We've only been here a few days on our months-long trip, and we're already in love. The neighbors are kind and polite too, and everyone seems to be having a great time. The spots are large, with options for rigs like ours as well as tents and cabins. There's a clean, comfortable clubhouse with a great range of entertainment, plus a heated pool and two hot tubs. They also have several dog parks, a good playground, pickleball and tennis courts, a splash pad, and more. We'll be staying here from now on.

The hilltop spots under the shade canopy are worth getting. You get shade, a breeze, and a view that's hard to beat. There's also a lovely shady walking path along the river, plenty of good places for dogs to go potty, and a dog park. The location is convenient to Cottonwood, with lots to do nearby. The place was really clean and well run, and the clubhouse and pool setup is stunning.
